Kewaunee High School

On Oct. 3, ten girls from KHS attended the Girl’s Leadership Conference at the Resch Expo. This event was held to develop future leaders by creating strong, confident girls. The students listened to Michelle Curran, a Fighter Pilot with the Air Force Thunderbirds, share her story of vulnerability fueling success. They also participated in an activity to tame their inner critic with Ali Starr, Varsity High School Girls Basketball Coach. Finally, they finished their workshop listening to Leah Jantzen, a Life and Business Strategist, discuss ways to find your inner champion. This was a very impactful event for all.
